Nova9 / AI Practice Space
Nova9 AI Practice Space

Practise useful AI skills by trying them.

Try short, realistic situations that help you ask more clearly, improve weak answers, check information, share with care, choose the right tool and stay in control. No scores, no pass marks and no pressure.

Play around. Change things. See what happens.
This Practice Space does not send anything to an AI service.
Choose the kind of first go you want.
Welcome back

Fancy another go?

There are fresh things to try, plus familiar ideas in different situations.

Your kept ideas

These are saved in this browser so you can come back to them.

A few things you found

Useful ideas, not scores.

You explored a few situations. Here are the ideas worth taking away.

Ideas you kept
Done for now

Your ideas are still here when you come back.

Anything you chose to keep is saved in this browser. You can carry on through Nova9 below, close the page, or return to the Practice Space whenever you fancy another go.

Keep exploring

Fancy one more tiny experiment?

The main Practice Space gives you the fuller experience. These quick examples are here for one last useful nudge: change something small and notice what moves.

Ask clearly

Add the outcome

A vague request says what the topic is. A stronger one also says what the result needs to achieve.

“Help me with a presentation.”
Check before trusting

Spot the claim to check

Exact numbers and words such as “now” are good reasons to look for current evidence.

“72% of people now use this every week.”
Stay in control

Change what “best” means

A recommendation can look definite until you change the priority sitting underneath it.

Best overall.
What you are practising

Useful AI skills go beyond writing a better prompt.

The Practice Space brings six everyday skills together. You can meet the same skill in different situations, because knowing an idea once is not the same as spotting when it matters.

Ask clearly Give AI a useful goal, the context that matters and constraints that can genuinely change the answer.
Improve the answer Keep what works, target what does not and know when a clean restatement is better than another patch.
Check before trusting Slow down around important facts, dates, numbers, current claims and evidence that does not quite fit.
Share with care Use enough information for the task without automatically sharing every detail you have.
Choose when AI helps Recognise when search, a calculator, an approved workplace tool or human judgement is the better fit.
Stay in control Use AI to support choices while keeping your criteria, meaning and final judgement visible.
Your next move

Where do you want to go next?

You do not need to follow a learning path. Pick the kind of help that matches what you want to do now.

Useful to know

Two useful things to know.

Is this mainly prompt practice?

No. Clear prompting is one part of useful AI work. The Practice Space also covers improving answers, checking claims, sharing information carefully, choosing the right tool and keeping human judgement visible.

Does the Practice Space use a live AI?

No. The activities use prepared examples and run in your browser. The Practice Space does not send your interactions to an AI service. Ideas you choose to keep are stored in this browser.

No finish line

Use what helps, then come back when you want another go.

There is nothing to complete and nothing to keep up with. The point is to make useful AI habits easier to recognise when you are doing real work.
