Repurpose long content
Turns one long item into several smaller content pieces.
Use this workflow when you already have a longer piece of content and want to reuse it for social posts, emails, short videos or article sections. AI can suggest formats, but each piece still needs editing for the channel.
Choose the original content, note the main message, and decide which channels you want to create for. Remove anything outdated, private or unsuitable before giving the content to AI.
Input: A 1,200-word article explaining how to check AI answers before publishing. Output shape: one LinkedIn post, three social captions, one email summary, one short video script and three quote-style takeaways, each adapted to its own format.
Check that each reused piece keeps the original meaning, fits the channel and does not exaggerate the source content. Make sure short posts still make sense without the full article beside them.

Common mistakes

Copying the same wording into every channel. Repurposed content should keep the same idea, but the length, tone and call to action need to fit where it will be used.
